Investment and legal review, written scope
The proposed vehicle is reviewed with local legal and investment teams, documentation of the lawful source of funds is prepared, and you receive a written scope of work and costs before committing.

Nulla Osta application, then the consular visa
Our Italian legal partners prepare the online Nulla Osta application. The published assessment period is 30 days, with pauses if further documents are requested. After approval, we coordinate the next steps for your visa application at the competent Italian consulate.

Arrival, permit application and investment
After arriving in Italy, the residence permit application is made within eight working days, and the approved investment must be completed within three months of first entry.

Evidence, residence formalities and renewal
We help you keep evidence of the investment in order, complete local formalities and plan ahead. The initial investor permit lasts two years and may be renewed for three, subject to continuing requirements and approval.
Your plan sets out the milestones, required documents and payment stages. We coordinate the work and keep you informed; processing times depend on the authorities and the completeness of your application.
